1. Minutes of Annual General Meeting and Working Meeting 2025
As attachment you will get the following documents (only to be sent to NMAs):

Please take note that according to article 11.17 IISHF Constitution any objections to the minutes must be sent in writing to the IISHF within two weeks of receipt.
2. Reports and Presentations from the Meeting
As attachment you will get the following reports and presentations which you have not received with previous IISHF Communication Letters. 4. Members of IISHF Rules Committee 2025
The Rules Committee develops and proposes changes to the IISHF Rule Book, publishes interpretations of rules and approves equipment and modifications thereof.
It comprises 1 delegate from each IISHF member country appointed by the National Member Association. The Chairman and Vice Chairman are elected for 2 years by the Council of Members at the Annual General Meeting. Please review article 16 of the IISHF Constitution for further information.

Stefan Gehrig (Germany) as Chairman and Claes Fréder (Denmark) as Vice-Chairman were both elected in 2025 for the 2-year period 2025-2027.

5. New IISHF Regulations Committee
The newly founded IISHF Regulations Committee (as approved on the AGM 2025 in London) shall consist as a composition of Delegates of all National Member Associations (NMAs) and shall have the power to propose any changes to the IISHF Regulations and to vote on proposals to the IISHF Regulations of National Member Associations to the IISHF Regulations Committee.
The Regulations Committee shall be led by the chairman Ingo Goerke (Germany) and the vice chairman Marco Eicher (Switzerland) - both were elected in 2025 for the 2-year period 2025-2027. All further details and information can be seen under the new point 17 of IISHF Constitution 2025.
We hereby kindly request all NMAs (except Germany and Switzerland) to report one Delegate of any NMA until 15.04.2025 to the IISHF Presidium (office@iishf.com) to become member of the Regulations Committee.
