Rules Committee
The Rules Committee develops and propose changes to the IISHF Rules Book, publishes interpretations of rules and approves equipment and modifications thereof.
It comprises 1 delegate from each IISHF member country appointed by the National Member Association. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are elected for 2 years by the Council of Members at the Annual General Meeting.

Disciplinary Committee
The Disciplinary Committee adjudicates on offences on and off the pitch against good sportsmanship, fair play, IISHF Regulations, IISHF Rule Book, Tournament Rules, discipline, honesty and any other offence which may bring the sport of Inline Skater Hockey into disrepute committed at any time.
Subject to penalties are National Member Associations, Clubs, Teams, Officials (Referee, Timekeeper, Team Manager, Coach, Assistant, Technical Director, Technical Assistant, Technical Staff), Players and Individual Persons (Spectators, others).

Appeals Committee
The Appeals Committee has the duty to hear and decide on appeals filed by an affected party against decisions and penalties imposed by any of IISHF`s governing bodies.

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the account books, bank statements and any other financial document in the possession of the IISHF Finance Director or other relevant persons.
The Audit Committee is also responsible for producing a report for the Annual General Meeting.
